What to Include in Your Inquiry
- The product. A drawing, photo, reference link or sample photo. Anything that shows the shape, size and finish you want.
- Quantity. The first order, and whether it will repeat.
- Material and finish, if you have them in mind. If not, tell us how the product will be used and we will suggest options.
- Your deadline. The date you need the goods, not just the order date.
- Destination. Where the shipment goes, so we can quote freight and paperwork.
- Compliance. Certification, testing or labelling the product has to meet.

What Happens After You Send Your Inquiry

What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product. Tooling, material and finishing all set a floor, so a machined metal part and a printed item behave differently. Send your product details and we will confirm what applies to yours.
Can you sign an NDA before we share drawings?
Yes. If your drawings are confidential, say so in your first message and we will put an agreement in place before you send them.
Do you handle shipping and customs?
We coordinate shipments from China and prepare the export documents. Import duties and clearance at your end are handled by your customs broker, and we provide the paperwork they need.
Can you work from a sample rather than a drawing?
Yes. Send the physical sample and we will reverse-engineer the dimensions, or work from clear photographs if the sample is hard to ship.
What if I already have a supplier?
Plenty of our work starts that way. We can quote alongside an existing supplier, or take over production where quality or delivery has slipped.
